Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center is located in Leitchfield, Grayson County, in southcentral Kentucky. With access to the Wendall H. Ford Western Kentucky Parkway, Leitchfield is 77 miles SW of Louisville; 30 miles W of Elizabethtown; 60 miles SE of Owensboro; 129 miles NE of Nashville; and 268 miles SE of St. Louis.

Directions from the Wendell H. Ford Western Kentucky Parkway:
Exiting the Western Kentucky Parkway at the Leitchfield exit, take Hwy. 259 North to the first intersection. Turn right onto the William Thomason Byway. The Byway will connect with Wallace Avenue. Access to Twin Lakes Regional is available from both the William Thomason Byway and Wallace Avenue entrances.

Directions from downtown Leitchfield:
Entering Leitchfield from Hwy. 259 North, Hwy. 54 or Hwy. 62 East, take Hwy. 259 South (also known as South Main Street) from the downtown courthouse square (toward Western Kentucky Parkway). At the William Thomason Byway intersection, turn left.

Traveling Hwy. 62 West:
Traveling west into Leitchfield on Hwy. 62, make a left turn at the William Thomason Byway intersection, or travel on into town and turn left onto Wallace Avenue beside the Grayson County Middle School.
