MEDICAL FOUNDATION BENEFITS

Eligibility requirements must be met. Twin Lakes Medical Foundation (TLMF) provides its employees a very competitive benefits package, representing anywhere from 25%-35% of an employee’s total compensation. Both full-time and part-time employees may be eligible to participate in the benefit package. TLMF pays the entire cost of some of the benefits and provides a significant subsidy of others. Employees do pay a portion of some benefit premiums with pre-tax or after-tax dollars.
