HIRING PROCEDURES
We post all positions in-house for five days. At that time, employees have the option to apply and be considered for those positions. Our philosophy is to promote within the organization, so every effort is made to fill positions in-house. If we do not have a sufficient pool of qualified in-house applicants, we will begin to pull applications we have on file. Interviews with outside applicants are only made after the in-house posting comes down, and we did not have any qualified in-house applicants for the position.

Please note, we provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Qualified applicants with a willingness to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays are given interviewing priority.
